How Horizon Europe works — a different model

Horizon Europe uses direct management — there is no Irish Managing Authority and no national fund allocation. EU executive agencies (ERCEA, REA, EISMEA) sign grant agreements directly with your organisation. Irish support bodies (Enterprise Ireland, Taighde Éireann) are advisory only.
