Every export remains Draft until your organisation approves it. One payment, no automatic renewal.
Best for: one known process that now needs to be kept current, reused and reported fromFor organisations that need more than one isolated process. A 90-minute onboarding session with your leadership team sets out the organisation’s structure — core processes and the support processes that hold them up — identifies the priority processes together and sets them up in your connected Workspace, with an organisation report you can review in ten minutes. It is a leadership starting structure to build on, not a finished set of reports. Scope and attendees are agreed in writing first.

A premium system should make scrutiny easier. These are the facts your organisation can check before it shares data, approves a purchase or relies on an output.
VEDOMIA structures what you provide. AI-supported output remains a draft until a knowledgeable person reviews it. Read how AI is used.
Editing begins in your browser. Optional AI sends the text you submit to Anthropic for processing in the United States. A purchase sends the reviewed report for generation and its inputs are deleted after 30 days. A share link can be opened by anyone who has it and expires after 180 days. See Privacy.
VEDOMIA is supplied by Vedomia Limited, registered in Ireland No. 796586. There are two products: the One Process Workspace (€99 for 12 months) and the Organisation Workspace (€450 including onboarding). Both are single payments; neither renews automatically.
