Founder-led Organisation Mapping

€450 once · facilitated service

A focused 90-minute session connecting one service area or up to three priority processes at a high level, with ownership and evidence gaps named. It is a leadership starting structure, not three completed process reports. Scope, attendees, output format and delivery timing are agreed in writing first.

Best for: teams that do not yet agree which processes connect or what to document first

Ownership

Data

The data path is explicit.

Editing begins in your browser. Optional AI sends the text you submit to Anthropic for processing in the United States. A purchase sends the reviewed report for generation and its inputs are deleted after 30 days. A share link can be opened by anyone who has it and expires after 180 days. See Privacy.

Buying

The supplier, price and delivery are explicit.

VEDOMIA is supplied by Vedomia Limited, registered in Ireland No. 796586. The €99 Report Pack and €450 facilitated service are one-off; neither renews automatically. Stripe provides the payment record and invoice. Read the Terms.
