Show how your work really runs. And find where it leaves no proof.
Sooner or later somebody asks how you do it. A funder, an auditor, a client, a new colleague. Today that answer sits in people’s heads — and when they are away, it is nowhere.
Sooner or later somebody asks how you do it. A funder, an auditor, a client, a new colleague. Today that answer sits in people’s heads and in files nobody opens — and when those people are away, it is nowhere.
In a few minutes you have:
- One page you can hand to a funder, an auditor or a new colleague.
- A list of the steps that leave no record — the first thing an audit asks about.
- The same process written three ways: for your team, for an audit, and for the person it is about.
It takes minutes. Not weeks.
The diagram is not drawn by AI. It is drawn by fixed rules — the way ISO 9001:2015 describes a process: steps, inputs, outputs, owner, evidence. The same data always gives the same map. AI only fills in the data, so you are not starting from an empty page. That is why what you hand over holds up.

Built for the processes you have to be able to show: safeguarding, complaints, incidents, funder reporting, recruitment. We do not draw the relationship you have with the person you support. That is not a process, and it should not be drawn as one. The relationship is usually the good part. What lets people down is what happens between the conversations — the referral that sat unopened, the assessment they had to repeat, the silence where nobody told them anything. That is the part this maps.
Two other free tests, if you want them.
These two are not about your process map — they are separate questionnaires. One is about AI, one about transparency. Both are free, no sign-up, about ten minutes each.
- Transparency Self-Audit How transparent is your organisation, honestly? Four pillars: Visibility, Sequence, Justification, Auditability. You get a score and a breakdown of each one. Take the audit · about 10 minutes →
- AI Transparency Check Where does AI enter your work, and what is worth saying out loud about it? Plain questions, no legal language. You end with draft wording to review internally. Check what applies to you →
Name it and open the editor
Your map is ready to personalise
The steps are already drafted. You give the process a name, then correct what is different in your organisation.
Selected No map chosen yet
Pick a map above first — then this opens your editor.
① Pick a template ② name your process — the map does the rest.
Most maps are finished in about 10 minutes — we pre-fill the standard phases, you just fix what's different.

Ask us for a price
We split your processes into core and supporting. We write each one out: who owns it, what it produces, what record it leaves. Then your team, your auditors and funders, and the people you serve all read the same map. Ready in two weeks.

Vedomia supports organisational visibility, evidence readiness, funder reporting, audit preparation and FOI readiness where applicable. The tools on this site are free software that runs in your browser. The paid work is done with your people, and what you get are documents you own and keep — not a licence, a subscription, or a system to log into. Vedomia does not provide legal advice and does not certify regulatory compliance.
Why this map holds up
The detail is here when you want it — not in front of the work.
Better than asking a chatbot
A chatbot draws one plausible diagram — plausibly wrong. Vedomia writes your process once, as structured facts, and shows it three ways: for the person going through it, for the team running it, and for auditors and funders. A health check names exactly what is missing, because the gaps are what an auditor asks about first. The result is not a picture — it is a document your board can sign.
AI use is always marked
Any map whose data an AI filled in carries a label saying so — on screen and in print. Every fact keeps a record of where it came from. And nothing becomes a confirmed fact about your organisation until you confirm it. We do this because the EU AI Act expects AI use to be visible to the people it affects. It is our own practice, not a certification.
Usable when reading is hard
We build to WCAG 2.1 AA and cognitive-accessibility guidance: short sentences and one idea per step, a predictable order, full keyboard and screen-reader use, no meaning carried by colour alone, and no time limits — nothing here expires while you think. The “For the people” view exists for the same reason.
Built on ISO 9001 thinking, and audit-ready
Every map is structured the way ISO 9001:2015 asks a process to be described — inputs, outputs, owners, evidence and review. That is a way of thinking we build on, not a certification we issue.
Free · No account · The €99 official Word document is there when you want it.
What happens to your data
The map you build stays in your browser. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose an AI option. And then only for the seconds it takes to build the map.
If you upload a policy or describe a process, that text is sent once to Anthropic. That is the AI service which reads it for us. It is processed in the United States. Vedomia does not store the file or its text.
How it works, in three moves
1 · Describe your process in your own words, pick a ready-made map, or upload a policy. 2 · Vedomia drafts the map — steps, roles, evidence, deadlines, and the gaps it could not fill. 3 · You correct it. It is then yours: three views, a health check, a printable report, and an optional official Word document.
- 30 maps ready to open
- Three views: people, team, audit
