What does one report give us?

Start in minutes. Your first reviewable draft includes:

  • One clear first draft to review with a funder, an auditor or a new colleague.
  • A list of the steps that leave no record — a common starting point in audit preparation.
  • The same process written three ways: for your team, for an audit, and for the person it is about.

Start the draft in minutes. Allow about 20–30 minutes to review it with someone who knows the work.

Your work becomes clear, consistent and ready to stand behind.

Your process · your evidence · your organisation stays in control

What should we map?
Built for the processes you have to be able to show: safeguarding, complaints, incidents, funder reporting, recruitment. We do not draw the relationship you have with the person you support. That is not a process, and it should not be drawn as one. The relationship is usually the good part. What lets people down is what happens between the conversations — the referral that sat unopened, the assessment they had to repeat, the silence where nobody told them anything. That is the part this maps.

Solutions

Ways to work together.

Two Workspaces. Building the map is free — you pay to keep it alive.

One Process Workspace

One process, alive for a year — with every report inside.

€99 for 12 months

Build the map free, right here in your browser — three views and a report-readiness review included. The Workspace then keeps that process alive for a year: edit it as the work changes, share one view at a time, and export any of the reports from it whenever you need one.

Organisation Workspace

Your whole organisation in one connected Workspace.

€450 including onboarding

For organisations that need more than one isolated process. In one 90-minute onboarding session with your leadership team we set out your organisation’s structure — core processes and the support processes that hold them up — identify the priority processes together and set them up in your connected Workspace, with an organisation report you can review in ten minutes. If the delivered starting structure is not useful, tell us within 7 days and you will not be charged.

Vedomia helps with organisational visibility and evidence readiness. It also helps with funder reporting, audit preparation and FOI readiness, where those apply. The tools on this site are free to use and run in your browser. The Workspace — €99 for 12 months for one process, €450 including onboarding for an organisation — keeps your process alive and reusable, with every report inside; every document you export from it is yours to keep. Vedomia does not provide legal advice and does not certify regulatory compliance.

Why this map holds up

The detail is here when you want it — not in front of the work.

Better than asking a chatbot

A chatbot can draw a plausible diagram. Vedomia works differently: your process becomes structured facts, each with a source or a confirmation status. Fixed rules then show the same facts three ways — for the person, the team, and reviewers. Open points remain visible until your organisation resolves them. The result is a reviewable starting point, ready for your own approval process.

AI use is always marked

Any map whose data an AI helped draft carries a label saying so — on screen and in print. Every fact keeps a record of where it came from. Nothing becomes a confirmed fact about your organisation until you confirm it. We disclose AI use because people should be able to understand how information about a system was produced. It is our own practice, not a certification or legal assessment.

Usable when reading is hard

We design towards WCAG 2.1 AA and cognitive-accessibility guidance: short sentences, one idea per step, a predictable order, keyboard support, and no meaning carried by colour alone. The ‘For the people’ view exists for the same reason. Accessibility remains part of every release review; this statement is not a certification of conformance.

Built on process-quality principles

Every map records inputs, outputs, owners, evidence and review points. These are selected process and documented-information practices aligned with ISO 9001:2015 — not an audit, certification or assessment of conformity.

Free · No account · The Vedomia Workspace (€99 for 12 months, reports included) is there when you need it.

What happens to your data

While you edit, the working copy stays in this browser. Information leaves your device only when you choose AI assistance, create a share link, or request a generated report. Each action explains what is sent before you continue.

If you choose automated help, your text is used once to draft the map. Vedomia does not keep the file or its text.

How it works, in three moves

1 · Describe the real work and add a policy or other source if you have one. 2 · Vedomia drafts the steps, roles, records and open questions, while keeping source material separate from what your team confirms. 3 · Your team reviews the draft. The same shared process then becomes three audience views, a printable draft and an optional editable Word report. Only your organisation can approve the final version.

  • 30 maps ready to open
  • Three views: people, team, audit

€99 for 12 months — your Workspace for this process, reports included

Fast reports on what you do and how you do it — from one living map.

  • Your process, alive — edit it whenever the work changes; every report is written from the version you have today.
  • Reports in minutes, not weeks — seven editable Word files: quality, data protection, team training, people's guide, funder evidence, charity regulator, pack index.
  • One map, three audiences — your team, the people you serve, and your funders or auditors each get their own view and their own report.
  • Show, don't argue — a verifier link for your funder or LCDC, a printable card with QR for the people you serve, figures with their source.

What it is: a private Workspace for 12 months with seven editable Word reports, built from the exact process version you reviewed; open points stay visible until your team resolves them. What it is not: a statutory filing, certification, legal advice, independent verification or auditor approval.
